The Band
Old Flames, New Wicks is a Reno, NV based band. The band is led by Amos Munoz and Grant Sims.
The Band includes; guitar, bass, drums, keyboards, harmonica, and vocals.
Amos (Guitar and Vocals) has been in bands since 1965, having played thousands of events and venues.
Grant (Drums) has played in bands since 1967 and like Amos, has played many events and parties.

Old Flames New Wicks play up tempo and slow dance songs from the 60s through today. This includes your favorite Rock, R&B, and Country Hits!
Their featured artists include; The Eagles, The Beatles, Wilson Pickett, Bob Segar, Van Morrison, Creedence Clearwater, Tom Petty, Chris Stapleton, Jackson Browne and many more! The band will play songs that meet your event’s needs.

What to Expect?
Flexibility
Old Flames, New Wicks will provide 2-3 hours of dance music for your event/party. Amos Munoz will personally speak with you to ensure the band meets and exceeds your expectations!
Strong Communication
You can expect plenty of communication with Amos to ensure all facets of your event/party are met. The Band will bring everything we need to play for your event. All we ask is that you provide a couple of electrical outlets.
On Time
Old Flames New Wicks will arrive well ahead of the expected arrival time of your guests. All set up and tuning will be done so they will be ready to play when you’re ready for good music!
Professionalism
Old Flames New Wicks are seasoned musicians with years of experience. Our focus will be to ensure you and your guests enjoy the music and dance, making your event a hit!
